Hooping has become a way of life for me. My hoop practice is my personal meditation, my time to explore movement and connect with my body. Hooping gives me a sense of calm, balance, creativity, sensuality, confidence, playfulness; oneness. It is enjoyable to practice in solitude, and yet it can be very social and fun to do with others! It is the most fun exercise I have found (600+ calories an hour!). I am a certified Level 1 HoopGirl teacher, and currently teaching for HoopGirl, Inc. (hoopgirl.com)

My intention for teaching and starting The Hoop Method is to share with others the inspiration and joy that hooping has given me!

Happy hooping! Jessica http://www.hoopgirl.comshapeimage_3_link_0
